Practice with me...
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking to improve your practice, I know how life changing developing a regular yoga practise can be and I hope to be able to encourage and motivate you so that you can really digest and integrate the benefits of yoga into your life.
This is a great opportunity for you to learn about yoga and develop your own practice. With 10 years teaching experience behind me, I specialise in combining modern Yoga movements and posture work, with meditation, relaxation, and breath work exercises, so that you can experience a deeper practice that you can integrate into your life both on and off the mat.
My emphasis in teaching is 'real life human', which means that I am not bothered whether you can perform a specific asana (posture) or not, but rather focus on integrating yoga practice and philosophy into your life, so that you can live your best life, free of stress, with a body that is capable of meeting the demands of everyday life. This can only happen with personal guidance, support, and instruction.
You get faster results with personal lessons.
Personal tuition can take your practice to the next level. One to one lessons are more rewarding and beneficial as you get complete attention, support, and adjustment. This is especially useful if you want to really deepen your practice, as the classes will be tailored specifically to your condition and needs.
Before your first lesson we will sit and have a chat about what it is you would like to get from your yoga practice. It is important for me to understand your expectations as it means I will be able to tailor the sessions accordingly.
You will need:
Essental:
Comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.
Your yoga mat.
(I do have mats, but using your own will help you implement your practice outside of our sessions)
Water.
Optional:
A blanket (in colder months).
Yoga blocks and a strap.
At the end of the first session we will arrange a schedule for further classes that suits us both, and we can take it from there.
There is no expectations that you commit to x number of lessons, and there is no pressure from me for us to meet weekly or monthly. I am here for you as and when you need me.
I have available daytimes and some evenings. Please ask for further details.
My fee for private yoga tuition is £35 per lesson.

About Me...
I found yoga in 2013 and took my training in the UK & Europe, qualifying in Ashtanga Yoga in 2015.
Since then, I've completed further trainings in Yin, Yoga Nidra, anatomy and meditation and consider myself a lifelong student, due to complete my 500h formal training in 2024.
My philosophical approach centres around the traditional, core yogic concepts of compassion and kindness while relating to modern day challenges and joys, making the practice accessible and relatable. My classes and courses support students to respect and honour their bodies and learn how to move intuitively on and off the mat. My teaching style inspires students to explore and make every moment an adventure.
My personal mantra is ‘Adventure Always’, my love of exploration and adventure are evident in my approach to life.
